Why does our company need a Reporting Channel?

In addition to current laws, we have a set of rules that are present in our Code of Conduct:

• A guide that determines the behaviors that must be followed by our employees, suppliers, and business partners.

Even so, some malicious actions can happen, endangering not only the company, but also you and other colleagues.

• That's why the Reporting Channel exists! To protect everyone.

Through it, you can report, 100% anonymously, irregularities that do not comply with our values and the laws, helping us to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

How does it work?

The Channel is third-party, managed by Contato Seguro, an independent and impartial company.

If you identify or learn about any irregularity:

• Or call 0800 602 1834 toll-free and make your report.
• The tool is available 24/7.
• The service is provided by specialized psychologists, who receive the report and send the information for analysis, investigation, and resolution.

Will my identity be preserved?

Yes! All receiving of the report is carried out by Contato Seguro, an entirely exempt organization with no relationship with the company.

• Your identity will not be revealed under any circumstances.
• The anonymity and confidentiality of the information are guaranteed.
• You will be 100% protected against any retaliation.
• Your phone number or your computer's IP will not be identified.

What kind of cases can I report through the channel?

You can and should report any attitude that is not consistent with the laws, in particular law 12,846, or with our Code of Conduct. Check out the examples:

• Non-compliance with laws or internal regulations (code of conduct, policies, procedures etc.);
• Corruption / fraud / bribery;
• Product tampering / management reports / financial statements;
• Conflict of Interest with customers / suppliers / kinship / emotional relationship;
• Theft / robbery / misappropriation / improper destruction of company products or assets;
• Leakage or misuse of confidential, sensitive, or strategic information;
• Sexual harassment / sexual misconduct / inappropriate behavior;
• Moral Harassment;
• Discrimination;
• Behavior deviance/ leadership problem;
• Competitive issues;
• Physical assault;
• Questions or suggestions for improvements;
• Other.

Do I need evidence?

No. Based on your report, Contato Seguro will forward the information to an Ethics Committee, which will initiate the investigation and will deal with the report correctly. Action will be taken only after the irregularity has been found.

• If you have any proof, the system allows you to attach any type of file (such as photos, videos, audios etc.).
• If via telephone, the specialist will explain how to send the evidence.

Who receives the reports over the phone?

Contato Seguro has a team of psychologists ready to welcome you. These professionals have no relationship with us, and the report is received in a 100% confidential way.

• You're not at risk of having your voice or situation identified, revealed, or leaked by anyone.
• Under no circumstances will our company or the committee responsible for the investigation know who made the anonymous report through the Channel.

How can I track my report?

When making a report, a protocol will be generated. To track the progress, follow these steps:

1. Access the website contatoseguro.com.br/grupoeurofarma
2. Scroll down to “Track your report”.
3. Enter your protocol number.

If the report was made over the phone, the specialist will inform you the protocol number! Write down the number, so you can track later.

• The committee may request more information about the report, through messages that can only be accessed through the protocol number.

What do you want to report?

Complaints must be written in a complete and detailed manner so that the investigation of the facts can be successful. The report must contain the following information:

• Objective and impartial description of the fact;
• Where and when the violation happened or is happening;
• Who are the people and organizations involved;
• Documentation to assist in the evaluation of the case and referral of actions, if possible;
• What (description of the situation);
• Who (name of the people involved, including witnesses);
• When (date on which the situation happened, happens, or will happen);
• Where (Place of the complaint);
• Why (the cause or reason);
• How much (if it is possible to measure);
• Evidence (if they exist and where they can be found).
