The whistleblower's information will be received and processed by Contato Seguro, an external, independent company.
Upon accepting the terms set out on this page, you will be redirected to the form corresponding to the action you wish to take through the Channel — make a report, ask a question, or make a suggestion.
You need to know two very important things:- You can make your report anonymously, that is, without having to identify yourself;
- To track the progress of your report, write down and save the protocol number that will be generated. It will not be possible to generate a new number if it is lost.

For your report to be successfully completed, you must provide as much information as possible, including the evidence that you can gather. Then, it will be possible to validate the data in your report and take the necessary measures.
Your report may be closed without a conclusive response if you are not under the duties of:
- Expose the facts according to the truth;
- Proceed with loyalty, kindness and good faith;
- Don't act impulsively;
- Provide the information requested to clarify the facts.
