The Minerva Connection channel is a completely secure and confidential tool.
The complainant's information will be received and processed by Contato Seguro, an external, independent company specialized.
When you accept the terms set out on this page, you will be redirected to the form corresponding to the action you wish to carry out through the Channel — make a report, ask a question, make a suggestion or make a compliment.
Two things you need to know:- You can make your report anonymously, without needing to identify yourself;
- To follow up on yourreport, you will receive a protocol number. Please write down and keep your protocol number for reference, as this is the only way to track your report, okay?
To successfully complete your complaint, it is important that you provide as much information as possible, including any evidence you can gather. This will allow us to validate the data in your report and take the necessary measures.
Your report may be closed without a conclusive response if it does not meet the following obligations:
- Expose the facts according to the truth;
- Proceed with loyalty, kindness and good faith;
- Don't act impulsively;
- Provide the information trequested to clarify the facts.
