As soon as the team receives your report, you will receive an email at the email address you registered at the time of the report or, if your report is anonymous, you will find the information using the report protocol. Once the investigation is complete, you will receive a new message.
Regarding the deadline, there is no exact deadline for the conclusion of the investigations, considering that each analysis has different peculiarities and limitations, which may impact the deadline.
I made an anonymous report. How do I track the progress?
At the end of your report you will receive a protocol number. Keep this number. When you want to update yourself on the progress of the investigation of your report, go to the Parker website, click on the "Follow up report" button and enter your protocol number.
I made a report, but the concluding message is very vague. Can I ask for more information about the investigation?
No. The development and results of investigations are confidential, thus protecting all parties involved.
