Yes! All complaint receipts are handled by Contato Seguro, a completely impartial organization, with no type of link to the company.
• Your identity will not be revealed under any circumstances
• The anonymity and confidentiality of the information are guaranteed
• You will be 100% protected against any retaliation
• Your phone number or your computer's IP will not be identified
What kind of cases can I report through the Channel?
You can and should report any attitude that is not consistent with the laws or with our Code of Ethics and Conduct. Check out the examples:
• Frauds
• Waste of resources
• Disclosure of confidential matters
• Discrimination
• Moral or sexual harassment
• Abuse of power
• Aggression
• Among other things.
Do I need to have proof?
No. Based on your report, Contato Seguro will forward the information to an Ethics Committee, which will start the investigation and give the correct treatment to the complaint. Measures will be taken only after the irregularity is confirmed.
• If you have any proof, the system allows you to attach any type of file (such as photos, videos, audios, etc.).

How to follow up on my complaint?
When making a complaint, a protocol will be generated. To follow the progress, follow these steps:

2. Scroll down to the “Follow complaint” section.
3. Enter your protocol number.
4. Click on the arrow to proceed.
• The committee may request more information about the report, through messages that can only be accessed through the protocol number.
