• The service is provided by specialized psychologists, who receive the report and send the information for analysis, investigation, and resolution.
Will my identity be protected?
Yes! The process for receiving the report is conducted entirely by Contato Seguro, a totally exempt organization, with no type of connection with the company.
• Your identity will not be revealed under any circumstances.
• Anonymity and confidentiality of information are guaranteed.
• You will be 100% protected against any retaliation.
• Your telephone number or your computer's IP will not be identified.
What types of cases can I report through the channel?
You can and must report any attitude that is inconsistent with the laws or with our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct. Check out the examples:

Do I need evidence?
No. Based on your report, Contato Seguro will forward the information to an Ethics Committee, which will initiate the investigation and deal with the report appropriately. Measures will be taken only after the irregularity is verified.

• If you report an issue by phone, the specialist will explain how to send the evidence.

How can I track my report?
When reporting an issue, a protocol will be generated. To track the progress, follow the steps below:

If the report was made over the phone, the specialist will inform the protocol! Write down the number so you can follow the progress later.
