What is the Votorantim Cimentos
Ethics Line?

The Votorantim Cimentos Ethics Line is a secure channel for submitting concerns about violations of our Code of Conduct and the Laws observed in the relationships and business conducted by the Company, as well as to answer questions about established guidelines.

The channel can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by stakeholders, including anyone internal or external to Votorantim Cimentos, and must always be used responsibly and in good faith.

How does it work?

The Ethics Line is operated by an independent and impartial company called Contato Seguro. The Contato Seguro team will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year as your first point of contact. When you contact our Ethics Line, you can choose to identify yourself or remain anonymous, if you prefer. It’s up to you!

The company does not use any type of call or IP trackers—anonymity, if you choose, is guaranteed. After your initial contact with the Contato Seguro specialists, the Votorantim Cimentos Business Ethics Office, working together with other company areas that are contacted according to the nature of the concern, analyzes the situation and takes the necessary measures.

When you report a concern, you receive a reference number with which you can respond to any additional inquiries and follow up on the progress and resolution of your report.

Here at Votorantim Cimentos, we do not tolerate retaliation for any complaint made in good faith. Anyone found to have made a complaint in bad faith may be subject to disciplinary measures.

As established in our Code of Conduct and other internal guidelines, Votorantim Cimentos prohibits any form of retaliation, including exposing and threating (openly or otherwise) any people who, in good faith, collaborate with the Company in addressing reports of potential misconduct or irregularities. This includes whistleblowers, supporting witnesses and people who participate in the investigation processes.

Any forms of retaliation should be reported to ensure that appropriate measures are promptly taken.
