The Bionovis Report Channel is a completely safe and confidential tool.
The report's information will be received and processed by Contato Seguro, an external, independent company specialized in Report Channels.
By accepting the terms set out on this page, you will be redirected to the form corresponding to the action you wish to take through the Report Channel — make a report, ask a question or make a suggestion.
Two things you need to know:- You can report anonymously, that is, without having to identify yourself, if you wish;
- To follow the progress of your complaint, write down and save the protocol number that will be generated. It will not be possible to generate a new number if it is lost.
In order for your report to be completed successfully, it is important to provide as much information as possible, including any evidence you can gather. Thus, it will be possible to validate the data in your report and take the necessary measures.
Your report may be closed without a conclusive response if you do not comply with the duties of:

- Proceed with loyalty, kindness and good faith;
- Don't act impulsively;
- Provide the information trequested to clarify the facts.
