Will my identity be protected?
Yes! All complaints are received by Contato Seguro, a completely independent organization, with no ties to the company.
• Your identity will not be revealed under any circumstances.
• The anonymity and confidentiality of information are guaranteed.
• You will be 100% protected against any retaliation.
• Your phone number or computer IP address will not be identified.
What types of cases can I report through the Channel?
You can and should report any behavior that is not consistent with the law or our values. Check out the examples:
• Fraud.
• Waste of resources.
• Disclosure of confidential matters.
• Discrimination.
• Moral or sexual harassment.
• Abuse of power.
• Assault.
• Among others.
Do I need proof?
No. After your report, Contato Seguro will forward the information to an Ethics Committee, which will begin the investigation and handle the report correctly. Measures will only be taken after the irregularity has been confirmed.
• If you have any evidence, the system allows you to attach any type of file (such as photos, videos, audios, etc.).
• If you send the evidence by phone, the specialist will explain how to send the evidence.

How do I track my report?
When you file a complaint, a protocol will be generated. To track its progress, follow the steps below:

• Enter your protocol number.
• Click the arrow to move forward.
• The committee may request more information about the complaint through messages that can only be accessed through the protocol.
