The tool is available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
The service is provided by listening psychologists, who receive the report and send the information for analysis, investigation and resolution.

Will my identity be protected?

Yes! All complaints are received by Contato Seguro, a completely exempt organization with no connection whatsoever with the company.

Your identity will not be revealed under any circumstances.
Anonymity and confidentiality of information are guaranteed.
You will be 100% protected against any retaliation.
Your phone number or computer IP will not be identified.

What types of cases can I report through the Channel?

You can and must report any attitude that is not consistent with the laws or our Code of Conduct. Check out the examples:

Fraud.
Waste of resources.
Disclosure of confidential matters.
Discrimination.
Moral or sexual harassment.
Abuse of power.
Aggression.
Among others.

Do I need to have proof?

No. Based on your report, Contato Seguro will forward the information to an Ethics Committee, which will begin the investigation and correctly handle the complaint. Action will only be taken after the irregularity is discovered.

If you have any proof, the system allows you to attach any type of file (such as photos, videos, audios, etc.).

If via telephone, the specialist will explain how to send the evidence.

Under no circumstances will our company or the committee responsible for the investigation know who made the anonymous report through the Channel.

How do I follow up on my report?

When making a report, a protocol will be generated. To follow the progress, follow these steps:

3. Enter your protocol number.
4. Click on the arrow to advance.

If the report was made over the phone, the specialist will inform you of the protocol! Write down the number so you can follow up later.

It is possible that the committee will request more information about the report, through messages that can only be accessed through the protocol.
