The HTB Group Ethics Channel is a totally secure and confidential tool
The complainant's information will be received and processed by Contacto Seguro, an external, independent company specialized in Reporting Channels.
Two things you need to know:- You can report anonymously, that is, without having to identify yourself;
- To track the progress of your complaint, you will receive a protocol number. Write down and save your protocol number for consultation, as this is the only way to follow up on your report, ok?
In order for your report to be completed successfully, it is important that you provide as much information as possible, including any evidence you can gather. Thus, it will be possible to validate the data in your report and take the necessary measures.
Your report may be closed without a conclusive response if you do not comply with the duties of:
- Expose the facts according to the truth;
- Act with loyalty, kindness and good faith;
- Do not act impulsively;
- Present the information requested to clarify the facts.
