The IGC's Group Ethics Channel is a totally secure and confidential tool
The complainant's information will be received and processed by Contato Seguro, an external, independent company specialized in Ethics Channels.

To successfully complete your complaint, it is important that you provide as much information as possible, including any evidence you can gather. This will allow us to validate the data in your report and take the necessary measures.
Your report may be closed without a conclusive response if it does not meet the following obligations:

- Don't act impulsively;
- Provide the informationt requested to clarify the facts.
