What is the Whistleblower Channel?
The Whistleblower Channel is a means of communication made available to employees, shareholders and other interested parties to report actions, omissions, irregularities, nonconformities, any fact that contravenes current legislation, TPC's Code of Conduct, internal policies and rules, or even, those actions that may cause any damage to any activity of the Company, its employees, shareholders and other interested parties.
Outsourcing of Whistleblower Channel - Contato Seguro
TPC, in order to further strengthen communication with employees and other interested parties in matters related to ethical conduct and/or irregularities, hired Contato Seguro, an independent company that provides communication channels for receiving complaints through a Secure and Anonymous tool.

- Greater credibility with the market and interested parties;
- Identify and reduce business risks;
- Maintain transparency in management;
- Obtain quality of the complaint, strengthen monitoring and control;
- Focus on the performance of relevant cases and not on their screening, redirecting reports to other areas;
- Follow-up of the return of the complaint by the whistleblower's;
- Generation of indicators and other reports needed at any time for decision making.
TPC DOES NOT TOLERATE ANY KIND OF RETALIATION TO WHISTLEBLOWERS IN GOOD FAITH
The Company prohibits any form of retaliation, exposure, threats and coercion against whistleblowers, witnesses and others involved in the internal investigation processes. Any of these acts must also be reported and is subject to disciplinary action.
