The Nexa Resources Ethics Line is a completely safe and confidential tool.
The manifestation's information will be received and processed by Contato Seguro, an external, independent company specialized in Ethics Channels.
By accepting the terms set out on this page, you will be redirected to the form corresponding to the action you wish to take through the Ethics Line — make a report or ask a question.
Two things you need to know:- You can report anonymously, that is, without having to identify yourself, if you wish;
- To follow up on the progress of your manifestation, write down and save the protocol number that will be generated. It will not be possible to generate a new number if it is lost.
In order for your manifestation to be completed successfully, it is important to provide as much information as possible, including any evidence you can gather. Thus, it will be possible to validate the data in your report and take the necessary measures.
Your manifestation may be closed without a conclusive response if you do not comply with the duties of:
- Expose the facts according to the truth;
- Act with loyalty, kindness and good faith;
- Do not act impulsively;
- Present the information requested to clarify the facts in a 10-day term.
