Norcoast Integrity Channel is a completely secure and confidential tool.
The whistleblower's information will be received and processed by Contato Seguro, an external, independent and specialized company.
When you accept the terms set out on this page, you will be redirected to the form corresponding to the action you wish to carry out through the Channel — make a report, ask a question or make a suggestion.
Two things you need to know:- You can make your report anonymously, that is, without having to identify yourself;
- To monitor the progress of your complaint, write down and save the protocol number that will be generated. It will not be possible to generate a new number if it is lost.
For your report to be completed successfully, it is important to provide as much information as possible, including the evidence you can gather. This will allow you to validate the data in your report and take the necessary measures.
Your report may be closed without a conclusive response if it does not comply with the duties of:
- Expose the facts according to the truth;
- Act with loyalty, kindness, and good faith;
- Do not act impulsively;
- Present the information that was requested from you to clarify the facts.
