In view of this, we provide an Ethics Channel, through which you can report on cases of any nature and which you believe they are going against the laws or our Code of Business Conduct, Policies and values.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The Ethics Channel is managed by an independent and fully impartial company called Contato Seguro. When identifying or suspecting any irregularity, you can make a report by accessing the website www.contatoseguro.com.br/en/petroreconcavo or by calling 0800 515 2215. he call is free of charge.

The channel works 24 hours a day and its reports are received by Contato Seguro which are responsible for submitting them for analysis, investigation, and resolution.

When making a report, you get a protocol number, through which you can monitor the progress and resolution of your report.

CAN I BE IDENTIFIED?

No. Contact is made through an independent company entirely free and specialized service to get as much information about the case without compromising your anonymity. Under no circumstances will your phone number or your computer's IP address be identified.

WHAT KIND OF CASES CAN I REPORT ON THE CHANNEL?

DO I NEED TO HAVE EVIDENCE?

If you have any proof, the Contato Seguro system allows you to attach any type of file, photo, video, audio, etc. Even if you make a telephone report, the reporting channel professional will explain how to attach your evidence.

It is not mandatory to attach evidence, however, attaching it can help in establishing the facts.

After Contato Seguro receives a report, the case is referred to the CCGRC area – Compliance, Internal Control and Corporate Risk Management, who will begin the analysis, seeking all the necessary information to give the correct referral to the report.
