PetroReconcavo's Ethics Channel is a completely safe and confidential tool

The whistleblower's information will be received and processed by Contato Seguro, an external, independent company specialized in Ethics Channels.

When you accept the terms set out on this page, you will be redirected to the form corresponding to the action you wish to take through the Channel — make a report or ask a question.

Two things you need to know:
  1. You can make your report anonymously, that is, without having to identify yourself;
  2. To monitor the progress of your complaint, write down and save the protocol number that will be generated. It will not be possible to generate a new number if it is lost.

The Transparency Channel is able to receive reports from employees, suppliers, service providers, partners or other interested parties who wish to make a complaint or information about any deviations from the guidelines of the PetroReconcavo's Code of Ethics and Conduct, the Company's regulatory instruments, the legislation in force, including Law No. 12,846/2013 (Anti-Corruption Law), as well as acts of private corruption.

PetroReconcavo ensures that all complaints received through the Transparency Channel are registered and investigated with independence, impartiality, methodology and legal support, guaranteeing confidentiality, anonymity and prohibition of retaliation against the whistleblower in good faith.
