The Shopee whistleblowing channel is a completely secure and confidential tool

Anyone can report irregularities such as bullying, harassment, fraud, theft, and discrimination.

The complainant's information will be received and processed by Contato Seguro, an external, independent company specialized in whistleblowing channels.

Two things you need to know:
  1. You can make your complaint anonymously, without needing to identify yourself;
  2. To follow up on your complaint, you will receive a protocol number. Please write down and keep your protocol number for reference, as this is the only way to track your report, okay?

If your report is about: Complaints, Suggestions, Compliments or Request for information involving the Shopee, but which is not related to its EMPLOYEES, contact the Customer Service (SAC).
