Your information will be received and processed by Contato Seguro, an external, independent company specialized in Whistleblowing Channels.
When you accept the terms set out on this page, you will be redirected to the form corresponding to the action you wish to take through the Channel — making a report.
You need to know two very important things:- You can make your report anonymously, that is, without having to identify yourself;
- To track the progress of your report, write down and save the protocol number that will be generated. It will not be possible to generate a new number if it is lost.

In order for your report to be completed successfully, it is important to include as much information as possible, including any evidence you can gather. This will allow us to validate the data in your report and take the necessary measures.
Your report may be closed without a conclusive response if it does not comply with the following obligations:

- Proceed with loyalty, kindness and good faith;
- Don't act impulsively;
- Provide the information trequested to clarify the facts.
