The Zamp Confidential Channel is a completely safe and confidential tool
This is an exclusive channel to receive complaints about: Employees, Suppliers, Business Partners and Service Providers who failed to comply with the Company's rules and policies.
The whistleblower's information will be received by Contato Seguro, an external, independent company specialized in Reporting Channels.
We are seriously committed to ethical behavior and integrity. Therefore, we created this channel so that it is possible to report in good faith any:
• Suspected violation of any law or regulation;
• Suspected violation of internal policies (such as Code of Conduct); and
• Unethical behavior
- You can make your report anonymously, that is, without having to identify yourself. We prohibit any type of retaliation and protect those who report in good faith or based on a reasonable belief that they have reported a concern.
- You will be able to follow the progress of your report in real time. To do this, write down and keep the protocol number for reference. This is the only way to follow your report, okay?
If your report is related to People & Management activities (overtime, transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, dismissal, termination payments, etc.), we ask that you inform the People & Management Coordinator of your Regional Office so that he or she can investigate the aforementioned fact, and take the appropriate measures.
If you really want to report something that violates the Company's rules and policies, be sure to inform who was responsible for such action (name, position, etc.), what happened, where, when (indicating approximate date and time, data, facts and evidence), how this occurred, and for what reasons. This data will be essential for greater efficiency and effectiveness in the work of the team responsible for processing/investigating your report.
Your report may be closed without a conclusive response if it does not comply with the duties of:
- Expose the facts according to the truth;
- Proceed with loyalty, kindness and good faith;
- Do not act impulsively;
- Present the information requested to clarify the facts.
