When you make a report, you receive a protocol number to track the progress and resolution of your complaint or suggestion.

CAN I BE IDENTIFIED?
No! Your contact to the channel is made through an independent company, fully unbiased and with specialized attendance to obtain the maximum of information about the case, without posing risk to your anonymity.
Under no circumstances your telephone number or the IP of your computer will be identified.

WHAT KIND OF CASES CAN I REPORT THROUGH THE CHANNEL?
You can and should report any behavior that you perceive to be an inconsistent attitude towards what is expected from employees, third parties, and business partners.

If you have any proof, Contato Seguro system allows you to attach any type of file, photo, video, audio, etc. Even if you make the complaint by phone, the operator will explain how to attach your evidence.
