You need to know two very important things:- You can make your complaint, suggestion or question anonymously, i.e. without having to identify yourself;
- To follow the progress of the report, if you choose to remain anonymous, write down and save the protocol number that will be generated. It will not be possible to generate a new number if it is lost.
