The complainant's information will be received and processed by Contato Seguro, an external, independent company specialized in whistleblowing channels.

When you accept the terms set out on this page, you will be redirected to the form corresponding to the action you wish to carry out through the Channel — make a report.

Two things you need to know:
  1. You can make your complaint anonymously, without needing to identify yourself;
  2. To follow up on your complaint, you will receive a protocol number. Please write down and keep your protocol number for reference, as this is the only way to track your report, okay?
