The Beontag Privacy Channel is part of our tools that reinforce the Compliance System (integrity program/etc.) of our organization. As well as the Whistleblower Channel, it is managed by an independent and totally impartial company called Contato Seguro, which guarantees the security and confidentiality of your information, in addition to allowing you to express it anonymously.
The channel works 24 hours a day/365 days a year and the information is received via its own system by experts from Contato Seguro, who are responsible for forwarding it for analysis, verification and resolution by the relevant committee of our organization.
When making your report, you receive a protocol number through which you can follow the progress and resolution regarding your report/manifestation.
Remember: all data obtained by Contato Seguro are revealed by the complainant himself, consensually, respecting, therefore, his privacy and privacy.
Contato Seguro professionals are trained and oriented to always maintain professional secrecy, never compromising the identity and privacy of the protester.
