Ofner's purpose is to create a safe and healthy work environment for all women. In addition to the current laws, such as Law 14.457/22, we have a set of guidelines:

That’s why the Women's Channel exists!
Through this channel, you, as an employee, can report irregularities that don’t align with our values and the law, in a 100% anonymous way, helping us maintain a safe and healthy work environment for everyone.
This is a space for support and care for issues of violence that go beyond the workplace.
How does it work?
The Channel is outsourced, managed by Contato Seguro, an independent and impartial company.
If you identify or know of any irregularity:

• Or call 0800 881 3629 for free and make your report.
• The tool is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• The service is provided by psychologist-listeners, who receive the report and send the information for analysis, investigation, and resolution.
Will my identity be protected?
Yes! All reports are handled by Contato Seguro, a completely impartial organization with no connection to the company.
• Your identity will never be revealed under any circumstances.
• Anonymity and confidentiality of the information are guaranteed.
• You will be 100% protected from any kind of retaliation.
• Your phone number or computer IP will not be identified.
What type of cases can I report through the Channel?
You can and should report any actions that are inconsistent with the laws or our values. Here are some examples:
• Fraud.
• Resource waste.
• Disclosure of confidential information.
• Discrimination.
• Moral or sexual harassment.
• Abuse of power.
• Aggression.
• And more.
Do I need to have evidence?
No. Upon receiving your report, Contato Seguro will forward the information to an Ethics Committee, which will initiate the investigation and take the appropriate action. Measures will be taken only after the irregularity is confirmed.
• If you have any evidence, the system allows you to attach any type of file (such as photos, videos, audios, etc.).
• If reporting via phone, the specialist will explain how to submit the evidence.

Contato Seguro has a team of psychologists, ready to offer you support. These professionals have no connection to us, and the receipt of the report is done in a 100% confidential manner.
You are at no risk of your voice or situation being identified, revealed, or leaked by anyone.
Under no circumstances will our company or the committee responsible for the investigation know who made the anonymous report through the Channel.
How can I follow up on my report?
When making a report, a protocol number will be generated. To follow up, follow these steps:

• Scroll down to the "Follow report" section.
• Enter your protocol number.
• Click the arrow to proceed.
If the report was made by phone, the specialist will provide you with the protocol. Make sure to note down the number to follow up later!
• It is possible that the committee may request additional information about the report through messages, which can only be accessed with the protocol.
