Any act that is not in accordance with the Code of Ethical Conduct, Third Party Code of Conduct, such as the internal policies and laws by which we are regulated, especially in cases related to corruption, fraud, crimes against the government and other irregularities provided for in Brazilian anti-corruption law, FCPA, UKBA and CFPOA (Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act), shall be reported. Additionally, any information or situation that may adversely affect the Alubar Group, or any of its audiences, can be reported to the Alubar Group's Ethics Channel.

The Alubar Group's Ethics Channel is operated by Contato Seguro, a serious and independent company, which will ensure the confidentiality of information. In this Channel, you can make an anonymous report or identify yourself by providing information for Contacto Seguro to get in touch with you directly, in case more details are required. Any and all information related to the report will only be accessed by the Ethics Committee, and it has the ethical responsibility to keep the information received confidential.
