Upon identifying or suspecting of any irregularity, you can file a report in good faith, by visiting the website www.contatoseguro.com.br/en/bpbungebioenergia or the app “Contato Seguro” available for IOS and Android.
The channel is active on a 24/7 basis and your reports are received by specialists from Contato Seguro, who are responsible for submitting them for analysis, investigation and resolution.
By filing a report, you receive a protocol number, through which you can track the progression and resolution of your report.
How can I track my report?
By filing a report, you receive a protocol number, which can be used in order to track the progression of your report. For that purpose, you must visit the website www.contatoseguro.com.br/bpbungebioenergia and select the option CHECK REPLY.
If you file a report via telephone, the ombudsman's office will inform your protocol number. We recommend you to write it down and periodically track the report in order to check its progression. Further information can occasionally be requested through messages, which can only be accessed with that protocol, and you contribution will be extremely significant. All situations in disagreement with the laws, BP Bunge Bioenergia’s policies and our company’s ethical principles and values must be reported as well.
