The Code of Ethical Conduct establishes the values and guidelines that should guide the attitudes of our employees and third-party companies that may act in the interest or benefit of the CPFL Energia Group.

Every employee and third-party company contracted must be familiar with this document as soon as they officially start professional relations. Currently, we have Codes of Ethical Conduct aimed at the following publics:

Ethics and Business Conduct Committee (COMET)

The monitoring of the guidelines and effectiveness of the Code of Ethical Conduct is carried out mainly by the Ethics and Business Conduct Committee, composed of members of top management and by an independent external member, bringing to decision making the perception of society and by indicators of effectiveness of the Integrity Program reported monthly to the executives and quarterly to the Board of Directors.
