Our company has a Code of Ethical Conduct aimed at expressing its principles and values. In addition to the laws in effect, the document serves as a guide for the attitudes and behaviors of all our employees, third-party companies, and business partners.

However, for those who, intentionally or not, fail to comply with the guidelines provided in the document, we make available an Ethics Channel, through which you can report facts that go against the laws or our Code of Ethical Conduct.

ponto HOW DOES IT WORK?

The Ethics Channel is managed by an independent company called Contato Seguro.

When you identify or suspect any irregularity, you can make a report by accessing the website contatoseguro.com.br/en/cpflenergia, by sending an e-mail to eticacpfl@contatoseguro.com.br or by calling 0800 601-8670 (toll free).

The channel works 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and your reports are received by specialists, who are responsible for forwarding them for analysis, investigation, and resolution.

When you file the report, you receive a protocol number to follow the progress and, if necessary, add more information about the fact, including attachments of all types and formats.

ponto CAN I BE IDENTIFIED?

No! Your contact with the Ethics Channel is made through an independent company, totally exempted and with specialized assistance to obtain as much information about the case as possible, without compromising your anonymity.

Contato Seguro does not share the IP number of your computer, nor trace the phones of the calls made.

ponto WHAT KIND OF CASES CAN I REPORT THROUGH THE CHANNEL?

You can and must report any behavior that you perceive to be an inconsistent attitude with what is expected from employees, third parties and business partners.

All situations that are not in accordance with the laws or with the ethical principles and values of our company should also be reported.

Here are some examples of irregularities: fraud, improper use of resources, disclosure of confidential matters, password sharing, disrespectful treatment, discrimination, sexual or moral harassment, abuse of power, aggression, among others. In addition, you can also use the channel to ask questions related to the Code of Ethical Conduct and the norms related to the Integrity Program.

ponto DO I NEED TO HAVE EVIDENCE?

No. After Contato Seguro receives a report, the case is forwarded to an Internal Committee, which will begin the analysis, seeking all necessary information to give the correct forwarding to the complaint. Measures will only be taken in cases where misconduct is found.

If you have any proof, Contato Seguro system allows you to attach any type of file: photo, video, audio, etc. Even if you make the complaint by phone, the operator will explain how to attach your evidence.

ponto WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?

With the support of the Ethics Channel, our company promotes the culture of transparency, ethics, and integrity. In addition, the channel inhibits conduct contrary to the company’s principles and values and, as a result, we maintain a work environment with integrity and free of irregularities.

ponto WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE AND LISTENS TO THE REPORTS?

Contato Seguro has its own team of highly qualified professionals to receive your reports.

These people have no relationship with our company and are totally exempt in relation to the reported content.

You run no risk of having your voice or situation identified, revealed, or even leaked by anyone.

Your IP (number that identifies your computer) is totally protected and our company or the committee responsible for the investigation has no access to who made any anonymous report through the Contato Seguro system.

ponto HOW TO FOLLOW UP MY REPORT?

When you make a report, you will receive a protocol number that can be used to track the progress.

For this, you should access the website contatoseguro.com.br and choose the option CHECK ANSWER.

If you make a complaint by phone, the ombudsman will also inform you of the protocol number. We recommend that you write it down and follow up periodically to check the progress of your report.
