Therefore, Hotmart Company does not tolerate retaliation, intimidation, harassment, or discrimination against the person making a report or anyone involved in a related investigation.

3. Record Tracking: When you make a report, you will receive a protocol number. For security reasons, keep this information secure. You are solely and entirely responsible for any damage caused by providing the protocol number to third parties.

4. Handling of Reports: The reports made here are received by Contato Seguro, an independent and specialized company that forwards them to Hotmart Company for proper investigation. Hotmart Company may involve other teams in the examination of cases and even third parties, always ensuring the secrecy of information from start to finish.

5. Responsibility: The accuracy of the information provided is the responsibility of the reporter. All information will be verified during the investigation process and actions resulting from the findings will be taken at the sole discretion of Hotmart Company.

6. Data Protection: All information provided is treated confidentially by Hotmart Company and ICTS, and reports will be stored indefinitely for examination and deliberation on the case, in compliance with specific legal requirements. Furthermore, consolidated information will be used to generate operation statistics, but no personal data will be exposed.
