    The channel works 24 hours a day and your reports are received by specialists from Contato Seguro, who are responsible for forwarding them for analysis, investigation and resolution.

    When you file a report, you receive a protocol number to track the progress and resolution of your report or suggestion.

  • CAN I BE IDENTIFIED?

    No! Your contact with the channel is carried out through an independent company, totally exempt and with specialized service to obtain the maximum information about the case, without compromising your anonymity.

    Under no circumstances will your phone number or your computer's IP be identified.

  • WHAT KIND OF CASES CAN I REPORT THROUGH THE CHANNEL?

    You can and should report any behavior that you perceive to be an inconsistent attitude towards what is expected of employees, third parties and business partners.

    All situations that are not in accordance with the laws or with the ethical principles and values ​​of our company must also be reported.

    See some examples of irregularities: fraud, waste of resources, disclosure of confidential matters, discrimination, moral coercion, sexual harassment, abuse of power, aggression, etc. In addition, you can also use the channel to suggest improvements that you consider relevant for the development of our company.

  • DO I NEED EVIDENCE?

    No. After Contato Seguro receives a report, the case is forwarded to an Internal Committee, which will start the analysis, seeking all the necessary information to give the correct referral to the complaint. Action will only be taken in cases where incorrect conduct is found.

    In case you have any proof, the Contato Seguro system allows you to attach any type of file, photo, video, audio, etc. Even if you make the report over the phone, the agent will explain how to attach your evidence.

  • WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE AND HEARS THE COMPLAINTS?

    Contato Seguro has its own team of highly qualified professionals to receive your reports.

    These people have no relationship with our company and are completely exempt from the content that will be reported.

    You are not under any risk of having your voice or situation identified, revealed or even leaked by anyone.

    Your IP is fully protected and, under no circumstances, will our company or the committee responsible for the investigation be able to find out who made any anonymous report through the Contato Seguro system.

  • HOW DO I FOLLOW MY COMPLAINT?

    When you file a report, you will receive a protocol number that you can use to track the progress of your report.

    To do so, you must access the contatoseguro.com.br website and choose the CONSULT ANSWER.

    If you make a complaint over phone, the ombudsman will also provide your protocol number. We recommend that you write it down and periodically follow up to check the progress of your report.

    Through the Contato Seguro app, you can follow up on your complaint by accessing the option “Follow up the answer” available in the main menu of the app.
