What can be reported?

Any behavior contrary to our values, Code of Ethics, Conduct and Compliance, legislation, or internal policies and procedures can be reported. This includes fraud, misuse of company resources, bribery, corruption, discrimination, harassment, or any non-compliant or unethical conduct.

Who can make a report?

Reports can be made by employees of all Intelbras Group companies, customers, suppliers, business partners, and the general public. The channel is open to everyone.

Why should I make a report?

Because irregularities must be addressed, and behaviors should align with our Code of Ethics, Conduct, and Compliance, contributing to Intelbras Group remaining a fair, safe, and reputable company.

How do I submit a report through this channel?

Click on "Make a Report" and fill in the requested details. You can include attachments such as videos, audio files, or images. Please provide as many details as possible. After submitting your report, you will receive a protocol number. Keep it safe, as it will be required to track your report's progress.

Who will receive my report?

The report is received by Contato Seguro, an independent third-party company specialized in this area, ensuring total impartiality and security in the process. After an initial automated screening by Contato Seguro, the report will be forwarded to the Intelbras Group Compliance Committee, which will handle the case. Only committee members will have access to the report's content and will conduct the investigation impartially, technically, and confidentially.

Who is part of the Compliance Committee?

The Compliance Committee is an internal Intelbras Group team composed of multidisciplinary employees trained in compliance and investigation. This committee is committed to integrity, ethics, and information confidentiality, following the principles and values established in the Intelbras Group Code of Ethics, Conduct, and Compliance, as well as company policies and regulations.

Will my manager or colleagues know I made a report?

The report will be handled confidentially, and only the Compliance Committee will have access to it. Your identity will not be disclosed to other employees, even if you choose to identify yourself in the report.

Why is a third-party company receiving my report?

To ensure independence, impartiality, security, and confidentiality. The majority of Brazilian companies opt for this system for managing reports.

If I identify myself, will the accused know that I reported them?

No. Only the Intelbras Group Compliance Committee will have access to the report.

I do not want to identify myself. Is my anonymity guaranteed?

Yes. You can choose to remain anonymous. In this case, you will receive a protocol number, which will allow you to track your report and communicate with the Compliance Committee if necessary.

I am not sure about what I saw/know. Can I still report it?

Yes. Even if you are unsure or lack evidence, the Compliance Committee will investigate the received data to provide a precise and secure response to those involved.

I have limited information about the issue I want to report. Should I proceed?

Yes, but we encourage you to provide as much information and detail as possible to facilitate a more accurate and fair investigation. Names, locations, time frames, or other records will help in the investigation process.

How will I know the status of my report?

You will receive a protocol number when submitting your report and will be notified whenever there is an update or response regarding the investigation.

I made a report, but now I have more data/documents to provide. How can I access it if I chose to remain anonymous?

When you complete your report, you will receive a protocol number. Make note of it, as only with this protocol can you access your report again to include new details and attachments or check for updates on your report.

I lost the protocol number I received when making my report. How can I recover it?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to recover the protocol number. You will need to repeat the process and receive a new tracking protocol.

Will I receive a response about what I reported?

Yes, it is part of the procedure for the reporter to receive feedback from the Compliance Committee about the reported facts.

What happens after I submit a report?

The Compliance Committee will gather information confidentially and discreetly. If the reported non-compliance is confirmed, disciplinary and corrective measures will be recommended.

How long will it take to receive a response about my report?

The response time depends on the complexity of the reports and the details provided. The average response time is 45 days, but it may be extended as the Intelbras Group is committed to accuracy and security in the process.

Can I be punished for making a report?

The Intelbras Group is committed to not allowing any type of retaliation against good-faith reporters, preserving the facts and those involved in the reports.
