1. Confidentiality and protection of anonymity: When making a report, you may choose to identify yourself or remain anonymous. In any case, Kiwify guarantees the confidentiality of the information reported at all stages of the investigation process.

2. Principle of Non-Retaliation: Kiwify's Ethics Line is an important instrument for ensuring transparency and integrity in the company's operations. Therefore, Kiwify does not tolerate retaliation, intimidation, harassment or discrimination against the person who makes a report or against anyone involved in an investigation related to a report.

3. Monitoring of Registration: When making a report, you will receive a protocol number. For security reasons, keep this information safe. You are fully and exclusively responsible for any and all damage caused by providing the protocol number to third parties.

4. Handling of reports: The reports reported here are received by Contato Seguro, an independent and specialized company that forwards them to Kiwify for proper investigation. Kiwify may involve other teams to investigate cases and even third parties, always ensuring the confidentiality of information from the beginning to the end of the process.

5. Responsibility: The veracity of the information provided is the responsibility of the reporter. All information will be verified during the investigation process and the actions resulting from the result will be taken at the sole discretion of Kiwify.

6. Data Protection: All information provided will be treated confidentially, Kiwify and Contato Seguro and the reports will be stored indefinitely for investigation and deliberation on the case, observing the specific legal requirements. In addition, consolidated information will be used to generate operation statistics, but no personal data will be disclosed. 1. You can make your report anonymously, that is, without having to identify yourself;
2. To track the progress of your complaint, write down and save the protocol number that will be generated. It will not be possible to generate a new number if it is lost.
