Who is responsible for the Orelhão?

The Orelhão is managed by the Integrity team, part of the Legal & Compliance Directorate. This team is composed of employees with extensive experience in corporate investigations and follows its own methodology for investigation, formalization, and control. Investigations involving the Directorate and/or the Integrity team itself are conducted by the Company’s Audit Committee.

How do I know what happened after the report?

Every report submitted will receive a formal response directly on the Orelhão platform after the conclusion of the investigation. However, it is important to emphasize that the formal response cannot compromise and/or violate the principle of Confidentiality that governs the channel. Therefore, do not expect a detailed account of the investigative process or what measures were recommended by the Integrity team.

I registered my report, it was completed, but I’m still witnessing similar deviations to what I reported. What should I do?

If you continue to witness these violations, it’s important that you submit new reports indicating that the issue has not been resolved. This way, we can review the recommended measures to ensure the violation is addressed and/or confirm that remediation is in progress.

How long does an investigation take?

There is no set number of days to complete an investigation, as several factors can influence its timeline — from the complexity of the allegations to the delegation of certain steps to specialized teams. We emphasize that the Integrity team’s priority is to ensure the quality of the investigations and to avoid any unfairness to the parties involved. However, it's important to note that each reported allegation has a different level of impact and prioritization. Therefore, if your report is critical and sensitive, it will be prioritized in the planning, execution, and remediation stages.

I made a report and would like to check its status. How do I do that?

The protocol number you received when registering the report is the identification key for it within the Orelhão portal. You should access the Orelhão website or call the indicated number and under “Track your report,” use the protocol number to check the status of the investigation, as well as any requests from the Integrity team. Without the protocol number, it is impossible to track your report – so pay attention to that number!
