In addition to current laws, we have our own set of rules laid out in our Code of Ethics and Conduct:

Through it, you can report irregularities that are not consistent with our values and laws in with total anonymity, helping us to maintain a work environment that is always safe and healthy.
How does it work?
The Channel is outsourced and managed by Contato Seguro, an independent and impartial company.
If you identify or learn about any irregularity:

• The service is provided by psychologist-listeners, who receive the report and send the information for analysis, investigation and resolution
Will my identity be protected?
Yes! All reporting is received by Contato Seguro, a totally impartial organization with no relationship to Suzano.
• Your identity will not be revealed under any circumstances
• Anonymity and confidentiality of the information are guaranteed
• You will be 100% protected against any retaliation
• Neither your phone number nor your computer's IP address will be identified
What kind of issues can I report through the Channel?
You can and should report any attitude that is not consistent with law or with our Code of Ethics and Conduct. See some examples, among other possibilities:
• Fraud
• Wasted resources
• Disclosure of confidential matters
• Discrimination
• Moral or sexual harassment
• Abuse of power
• Aggression
Do I need proof?
No. Based on your report, Contato Seguro will forward the information to an Ethics Committee, which will initiate the investigation and properly handle the report. Action will be taken only after the irregularity has been corroborated.
• If you do have evidence, the system allows you to attach any type of file (such as photo, video, audio, etc.)
• If by telephone, the expert will explain how to submit evidence

• You are not at risk of having your voice or situation identified, revealed or leaked.
• Under no circumstances will our company or the committee responsible for investigation be able to identify anyone reporting anonymously through the Channel.
How do I track my report?
A protocol number will be generated when a report is submitted. To track the progress, follow the steps below:

3. Enter your protocol number
4. Click the arrow to go forward
If the report is submitted over the phone, the expert will tell you the protocol number! Be sure to write down the number so you can track it later.
• The committee may ask for more information about the reported matter through messages that can only be accessed using the protocol number.
