Why does CVC need an Ethics Channel?
Our company has a Code of Ethical Conduct that aims to strengthen and guide us, with examples for us to reflect on the integrity of our company when conducting ethical relationships.
However, there is always the chance of some malicious party endangering the company as a whole. For this reason, we have made available an Ethics Channel for you to express your opinion if you identify a behavior that is not acceptable according to our Code of Ethical Conduct.
How does the Ethics Channel work?
The Ethics Channel is managed by an independent and totally impartial company called Contato Seguro.
When identifying or suspecting of any behavior that is not tolerated, you can register a report by accessing:

When you conclude your communication, you will receive a protocol number, with which you will be able to follow its progress.
If I identify myself, can my data be disclosed?
No! The Ethics Channel is managed by an independent company, completely exempt, that offers a specialized service to obtain as much information as possible about what happened without compromising the whistleblower.
Your communication will be received only by the CVC Corp Compliance team, that is highly qualified to carry out investigations in a safe, undisclosed, confidential, and professional manner.
Under no circumstances will your name, telephone number, personal documents, or computer IP be shared.
What types of situations can I communicate on the CVC Ethics Channel?
You may report any situation involving the CVC Corp, its employees, franchisees, customers and business partners which are in disagreement with our Code of Ethical Conduct, internal policies and the Law in general.
Do I need to provide evidence (proof)?
Not necessarily! Upon receiving your report, the Compliance Area will begin the analysis and investigation, searching for information that confirms the facts alleged in your communication, they may eventually ask you for additional information or evidence to prove your allegations.
If this information is decisive for the conclusion of the investigations and you do not respond to this request from the Compliance Area within 7 (seven) days, your report may be closed.
So, save your protocol number, with it you will be able to follow the progress of your report and, at any time, attach files, photos, prints, videos, audios, etc. to substantiate your allegations.

If I want to call, who will listen to my call?
Contato Seguro has its own team of highly qualified professionals who are unrelated to the CVC Corp and are completely unbiased regarding the content that may be reported. Under no circumstances will your name, phone number or personal documents be shared.
