  1. You can make a report anonymously, that is, without having to identify yourself;
  2. To track the progress of your report, you will receive a protocol number. Write it down and save your protocol number for consultation, as this is the only way to follow up on your report, okay?

If your communication is about: Complaints, Suggestions, Compliments or Requests for information involving CVC Corp, which are not related to its EMPLOYEES, please contact Customer Service.
