More than 22 years ago, when we emerged with the purpose of democratizing access to aviation, we worked tirelessly to increase the use of air transport by everyone, regardless of gender, race, age, socioeconomic origin, affective orientation or religion. We feel privileged to have already transported millions of Brazilians and, with seriousness and commitment, we will continue to work to continuously improve the quality of our services and relationships with customers, employees and investors.

We have a diversity center that manages the Wings to Transformation project, which consists of structuring the GOL Affinity Groups, covering five themes: Generations (All on Board); LGBT+ (We Pride); Gender Equity (They Take Off); Accessibility (Free Flight); and Racial Equity (Colors and Links), promoting conversation circles, literacies and discussion of points involving their theme. We understand that knowledge is the starting point, and therefore, we propose specific learning paths for different company audiences, covering all employees at different times and formats.
We make public commitments and envision a more equitable future with equal opportunities for all. We affirm our commitment to expanding female representation in senior positions and in areas where women are traditionally underrepresented by joining 25by2025, a global, voluntary initiative of the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
We express our efforts to advance the racial agenda by signing the Pact for Racial Equity, adhering to the most modern ESG protocol for tackling inequality within companies. We also seek to boost generational diversity with our Baggage Experience program, through which we open affirmative vacancies for the 50+ public. Valuing diversity, promoting equity and ensuring inclusion are non-negotiable commitments for GOL. We do not tolerate manifestations of prejudice or discriminatory acts of any kind, and we keep communication channels safe so that customers and employees can file complaints and monitor their treatment.
