GOL 's reporting channel is a totally secure and confidential tool
Anyone can report irregularities such as Racism, Homophobia, Transphobia, Xenophobia, Capacitism, Religious Intolerance, Harassment, Sexual Misconduct, Sexism, among others.
This Channel should be used for reports related to Corruption, Fraud, Conflicts of Interest and other topics related to non-compliance with Standards and the Code of Ethics. Do the right thing. Report it!
The whistleblower's information will be received and processed by Contato Seguro, an external, independent company specialized in Ethics Channels.
Two things you need to know:- You can make your report anonymously, that is, without having to identify yourself;
- To track the progress of your report, you will be given a protocol number. Write down and save your protocol number for consultation, as this is the only way to follow up on your report, ok?
In order for your report to be completed successfully, it is important that you enter as much information as possible, including the evidence you can gather. Thus, it will be possible to validate the data in your report and take the necessary measures.
Your report may be closed without a conclusive response if it is not in accordance with the duties of:
- Expose the facts according to the truth;
- Proceed with loyalty, kindness and good faith;
- Don't act impulsively;
- Provide the information trequested to clarify the facts.
