Through it, you can make identified or anonymous reports about irregularities that are not consistent with our values and the laws, helping us to maintain an ethical, safe and healthy work environment.
How it works?
Our channel is outsourced, managed by Contacto Seguro, an independent and impartial company.
If you identify, know or suspect any wrongdoing:

• The service is provided by specialized psychologists, who receive the report and forward it for analysis, investigation and resolution.

Will my identity be protected?
Yes! All receipt of the complaint is carried out by Contacto Seguro, a totally exempt organization, with no type of connection with the company.
• Your identity will not be revealed under any circumstances.
• Anonymity and confidentiality of information are guaranteed.
• You will be 100% protected against any retaliation.
• Your telephone number or your computer's IP will not be identified.
What kind of cases can I report through the channel?
You can and must denounce any attitude that is inconsistent with the law, with our Code of Conduct or other internal rules of the company. Check out the examples:

• Frauds
• Waste or misuse of resources
• Disclosure of confidential matters
• Discrimination
• Moral or sexual harassment
• Abuse of power
• Physical or verbal aggression

Do I need proof?
No. Based on your report, Contacto Seguro will forward the information to the Compliance area, which will initiate the investigation and, together with the Ethics Committee, will handle the complaint correctly. Measures will be taken only after the irregularity is verified.
• If you have any evidence, the system allows you to attach any type of file (such as photos, videos, audios, etc.).
• If via telephone, the specialist will explain how to send the evidence.

How can I follow up on my complaint?
When making a complaint, a protocol will be generated. To follow the progress, follow the step by step:

Enter your protocol number.
3 Click the arrow to move forward.
If the complaint was made over the phone, the specialist will inform the protocol! Write down the number so you can follow up later.
It is possible that our Compliance area requests more information about the report, through messages that can only be accessed through the protocol.
