ROMI’s Ombudsman Channel

The Ombudsman Channel is a platform for interaction between ROMI, its clients, employees, suppliers, service providers, and other publics, developed with the intention of continuously raising the standards of quality and safety of the activities conducted by the ROMI.

It is a 100% secure environment, created to receive reports composed of suggestions, compliments, complaints, and questions about the customer service, products, internal processes, and/or other issues related to ROMI.

In this Channel, you will be able to make your statement and follow it through your protocol number.

What is the difference between the Ombudsman Channel and the Whistleblower Channel?

The difference between these two platforms is that the Whistleblower Channel receives reports about situations related to non-compliance with ethical conduct, laws, or internal policies and procedures of ROMI, as expressed by its Code of Conduct (such as cases of fraud, discrimination, moral harassment, sexual harassment, and other types of irregularities).
