Anyone can report irregularities such as bullying, harassment, fraud, theft and discrimination.
The whistleblower's information will be received and processed by Contato Seguro, an external, independent company specialized in Reporting Channels.
Two things you need to know:- You can make your report anonymously, that is, without having to identify yourself;
- To track the progress of your complaint, you will receive a protocol number. Write down and keep your protocol number for reference, as this is the only way to follow your report, ok?
If your report is about: Complaints, Suggestions, Compliments, Request for information or lack of medicines that involve the Eurofarma Group, but that are not related to its EMPLOYEES, please contact Customer Service (SAC). Issues such as compensation calendar, payroll, change of schedule, goals, benefits (transport, health insurance and food) must be analyzed with management and/or CSC HR.
For your report to be completed successfully, it is important that you provide as much information as possible, including the evidence you can gather, such as messages, audios, screenshots, videos, among others. This will allow you to validate the data in your report and take the necessary measures more quickly.
Your report may be closed without a conclusive response if it does not comply with the duties of:
- Expose the facts according to the truth;
- Proceed with loyalty, kindness and good faith;
- Don't act impulsively;
- Provide the information trequested to clarify the facts.
