- When making a report, you receive a protocol number, through which you can respond to eventual additional questions and track the progress and resolution of your report.
The company does not carry out any type of call tracking or computer IP tracking, guaranteeing anonymity. After preliminary attendance by Contato Seguro specialists, the Votorantim Cimentos Global Ombudsman is called upon to proceed with the analysis of the reported situation, together with other competent internal bodies in the company regarding the topic forwarded, and proceeds with the applicable handling of your process.
Your report may be closed without a conclusive response if it does not comply with the duties of:

- Proceed with loyalty, kindness and good faith;
- Don't act impulsively;
- Provide the information requested to clarify the facts.
